Learn to pick the key points!

If you have a weak foundation, don't be lazy, and read every step carefully; if you have a certain foundation, then browse quickly, and then pick out what you want to understand and read carefully.
What to do after the tutorial-
Summary of the rules! learn by analogy! Flexible use!
The teacher teaches you 1+2=3, 11+2=13, 21+2=23, and 31+2=? won't it? 2+1=? Not anymore? Numbers have positive and negative infinities, and all numbers must be taught in pairs. Do you think human life is enough? Even if children and grandchildren are infinitely scarce, can human beings do other things? Do you think that those who sum up ninety-nine multiplication tables and mathematical formulas have nothing to do?
So you also have to learn to summarize by yourself and use those skills flexibly!
For example, in the previous tutorial on adding text to pictures, I taught how to insert a colored rectangle, then add text on it, and even talked about the concept of hierarchy. Then one day, you want to change a number in a picture in the PPT that was downloaded from the Internet, and ask me what should I do?
Insert a rectangle to cover the word to be changed, and then type the number you want on it-this is the knowledge of flexible application!

2. Understand the difference between .jpg pictures and .png pictures jpg pictures have a background, and png pictures have a transparent background. If your ppt has a background color, put a picture with A picture with a white background will be like putting a plaster on it. Try to search for png images, or find the remove background tool in the ppt image format, specific tutorials will be available soon.
3. Export to pdf format If you have one or two years of work experience, don't say that you don't know what format pdf is, and don't say that you don't know its importance. Whether it is in ppt format or doc format, any editable format is easy to cause typesetting deformation due to changes in equipment and software versions. For example, many document bosses now like to use mobile phones to read, and you use a computer to make PPT.
