· Select any file and click the "Share" button in the upper right corner. The "Share File" dialog box will pop up.
You can set sharing permissions here, such as allowing others to view only, edit, or set specific recipients.
If you want anyone to be able to access the link to the file you share, click "Create Share" to generate the link.
In the "Share File" window, you can select the appropriate sharing objects, set editing permissions, and set the validity period of the link.
· If you want to send a file to specific people, such as Student A and Student B, and set different permissions: Student A can only view, while Student B can edit.
You can click "Share" in the upper right corner and select "Specify Person" in the pop-up "Share File" dialog box.
Then click "New Contact" on the right side of the dialog box to set the corresponding permissions for Student A and Student B.
After completion, click "Create Sharing" to generate a sharing link. After the sharing link is set, you can share it with your friends by scanning the QR code on WeChat or directly copying the link.
