In WPS text, you can configure the image text format, saving, and document compatibility of the document through option settings.
Take a document as an example. If Xiao Wang chooses cloud fonts and wants to save the document and send it to the instructor for comments and corrections, but after receiving the document, the instructor finds that the font has changed. becomes the default Song font, usually because the cloud fonts are not embedded in the document.
To solve this problem, you can take the following steps:
▹Click "File" in the upper left corner- "Options" button, Select "General" in the pop-up "Options" panel and save", check "Embed font in file", then click " OK button and resave the document.
After the above steps, when the document is saved and transferred to others, when others open the document, they will be able to see the cloud fonts embedded in the document.
