In order to achieve remote assistance or multi-person collaborative editing of documents, we can use the collaboration function of WPS.
First, we need to log in to the WPS account so that the document can be saved in the cloud and shared.
Next, taking the current document as an example, click the "Collaborate" button in the upper right corner. In order for other members to access and edit, collaborative documents need to be uploaded to the cloud.
After uploading the document, enter the collaborative editing interface. Click the share button in the upper right corner to share the document with other members who need to collaborate.
Members can click the shared link to enter the document and start editing with you.
In the sharing interface, we can view the members participating in the collaboration, and we can also set viewing or editing permissions for each member. If you need to remove a member, you can also do so here. Once removed, the member will no longer be able to access or edit the document.
Finally, in the "History" section in the upper right corner, we can view the historical versions and collaboration records of the document. "Historical Versions" allow us to go back and restore previously saved document versions. Through "Collaboration Record", you can view the collaborative editing history of the document.
If you need to return to the WPS client from collaboration mode for editing, click "Open with WPS" in the upper right corner. Please note that once you switch to the advanced editing state, multiple people can no longer edit online at the same time.
