WPS Team Office supports importing data tables into the application, allowing us to quickly collect and organize data.
Take the "Employee Entry and Resignation" application as an example. If we want to import the list form of new employees into "Employee Management".
Click the "Import" button to choose between basic import and smart import.
"Basic Import" supports manual matching of table headers. Currently, "Basic Import" supports importing table files in xlsx format.
After importing, set the column titles corresponding to the import, in which employee name, employee status, and joining date are required contents.
In this way, the list of trained employees can be quickly imported into "Employee Management".
"Smart Import" supports automatic matching of headers. The header of the new employee list table must be consistent with employee management.
After importing, the information table will be intelligently parsed. After setting, click "Import".
In addition, WPS team office also supports exporting data in the application to the computer.
Click the "Export" button, select the column headers that need to be exported, and click Export after setting to export the current application data to the local.
