WPS Team Office provides a variety of applications that can efficiently assist you in handling the approval process.
Take the "Employee Entry and Resignation" application as an example,The administrator can view and process approvals through the following steps .
In the lower left corner of the "Employee Entry and Resignation" interface, click the "Message" button to view notifications initiated by the approval.
By clicking the "Enter and Resignation Approval"-"Pending Approval" button, you can view the current process pending approval.
Approval applicants can view the process initiated by themselves in the "I initiated" approval.
Select the corresponding approval process, and you can view the detailed entry information of the new employee in this interface.
Click the "Agree" button to approve the employee's process application and allow the process to continue;
Click the "Back" button to return the employee's process application to the previous step;
Click the "Transfer" button to entrust others to handle the employee's process application;
