Select a file or template to initiate a contract
After enterprise certification, you can select local, cloud document files or selected templates from the homepage to initiate contract signing
Confirm the contract content, set the signing information and submit
After the contract is initiated, the contract content and signatory information cannot be modified, please confirm that it is correct before initiating
The signing information setting needs to be filled in with real information. When the other party signs, it will be verified whether the information is consistent with the filled-in information. If it is inconsistent, it cannot be signed.
The signing information is set, click [Initiate Signing], the contract is successfully initiated
After the contract is successfully initiated, you can start signing the contract or send it to the other party for signature
There is no requirement for the order of signing, either you sign first or the other party signs first
If the contract is successfully initiated, the signatory will be notified via text message and a signing link will be sent; you can also click to copy and share the link and send it to the signatory
Click [Signed by me] to enter the signature page, select the seal and drag it to the sealing place
Click [Submit for Signature] to enter the confirmation of signing intention
After the will certification is completed, the signing can be completed
