The "Universal Mass Sending" function of WPS Form can help you quickly send salary slips to employees in the form of QR codes.
▪Taking this salary table as an example, the necessary information included in the salary table includes basic employee information, mobile phone contact information, and related salary information.
▪First, click the "Member Exclusive" tab-"Data Bulk" drop-down button and select "Universal Bulk< /span>｣.
The "Data Bulk Sending" interface will pop up. Click the "Upload Table" button to choose to import the table.
▪After importing, we can view, check, and hide salary stub related information.
Set the column title of the name in the "Recipient" section below, and set the column title of the mobile phone in the "Mobile phone column".
Non-member users can send up to 3 pieces of salary information at a time. If you become a member, you can enjoy the rights of sending thousands of salary slips in a single batch.
▪After setting up, click the "Preview" button to enter the salary slip setting and preview interface.
In the settings and preview interface, you can write group message templates.
▪After setting the salary slip information, click "Send Now" to quickly send the salary slip.
Finally, download or copy the QR code and send it to employees.
