WPS tables provide a rich function library. Below I will introduce how to insert and use these functions.
First, open the WPS table and select the cell where the function needs to be inserted. Then click the "Formulas" tab at the top of the page, followed by the "Insert Function" button.
In the pop-up dialog box, you can select according to the function category, or directly enter the function name you are looking for in the "Find Function" box, such as "SUM".
After selecting the corresponding function, click the "OK" button, and the detailed parameter setting interface of the function will open.
In the parameter setting interface, you can also click "View operation skills of this function" below to obtain the usage method, grammar formula and video explanation of this function.
After completing the parameter settings, click the "OK" button, and the WPS table will automatically calculate and display the results of the SUM function.
In addition, the "Insert Function" box of the WPS table also provides a variety of commonly used formulas, which greatly facilitates our work. For example, if you want to extract the age information on the ID card, you only need to enter the cell area where the ID card number is located in the parameter, and the WPS form can quickly extract the age information.
