After creating a team, you need to add members to the team.
▪ Click on the appropriate team, such as "Marketing Department". Click "Add Member" and then "Add from Contacts".
▪ You can choose to add from the company address book. After selecting the members to be added from the address book, click "OK" to successfully add team members.
▪ Once members join a team, they can access the content of the files within the team.
