Team members sometimes need to download files in team documents locally in batches to facilitate offline viewing of files. How should they do this? This article teaches you how to download files in batches.
1. Log in to WPS Enterprise Edition, click [Team Document], and select the team:
2. Select the files you want to download and click [Download] in the upper right corner to download the files to your local computer in batches:
