Expression of steel bars in drawings
Reinforcement is the main object of expression in structural construction drawings. In order to clearly show the reinforcement inside the component in the structural drawing, assuming that the concrete is a transparent body, the reinforcement in the component can be seen. The outline of the component is drawn with a thin solid line, the length direction of the reinforcement is represented by a single thick solid line, and the reinforcement on the cross-sectional view is represented by a round black dot.
(1) Marking method of steel bars
In the process of construction on the construction site, it is necessary to express information such as the quantity, grade, diameter, and spacing of the required steel bars in simple language to ensure that the project is carried out in an orderly manner.
1. Mark the level, number and diameter of steel bars
For example: 2 Φ 10 - Indicates the number of steel bars (2), steel bar grade diameter symbol (HPB300), steel bar diameter (10mm)
2. Label the level, diameter and center distance of adjacent steel bars
For example, Φ 8 @ 200 - indicates the steel bar grade diameter symbol (HPB300), steel bar diameter (8mm), equal center distance symbol, and the center distance between adjacent steel bars is 200mm.
(2) Input of reinforcement symbol
1. Input in WORD
Install the font SJQY.TTF under C:Windows/Fonts, select the font, and input A-E corresponding to grade 1-5 steel bar symbols respectively. This method is applicable to WORD, EXCEL, and PPT.
2. Input in CAD
Install the font Tssdeng.shx to the Fonts directory of CAD, select "Tssdeng.shx" for the font, check "Big Font", and select "Gbcbig.shx" for the large font. After the setting is successful, under the CAD text annotation command, type %%130 to get A, %%131 to get B, %%132 to get C, %%133 to get D.
