For example, for the Experimental Primary School in Hedong District, Tianjin, where Mr. Yang is located, the requirements for logistics service posts are: each person has specific tasks; each task is completed by someone, so as to create a good service and education environment. School management, as long as a complete set of assessment, evaluation, and supervision mechanisms are gradually formed, many routine school work does not need to be arranged, and school work can also operate in an orderly manner. Schools can minimize meetings, allowing teachers to have more time and energy to focus on education and teaching, leaders can also be freed from heavy affairs and meetings, and have more energy to visit the front line for inspection and guidance, and solve practical difficulties and problems .
Secondly, refined management is organically combined with teachers' teaching work.
