1. Keep learning and improve your own quality
Only through continuous learning through multiple channels can we improve our sense of responsibility to be loyal to the party's educational cause and improve our own quality and teaching skills. 3. Strengthen confidence and standardize good routines
As the saying goes: "Without rules, it is difficult to achieve a square circle." A good routine can make children's life have a reasonable rhythm, that is, it can beneficially regulate the nervous system, promote physical health, help develop children's self-service living ability, and lay a good foundation for future life and study.

4. Highlight features and create bilingual teaching
As a teacher in a "bilingual class", first of all, I have strict requirements on myself, and in the "day-to-day life" link, I try to speak in English and never use Chinese. The English teacher in No. 1 Middle School guided us. After a period of study, our English level has improved significantly.
In addition to creating a bold English atmosphere, I strive to make my class's English teaching highlight the characteristics of the class. Based on the age characteristics of the small class children, I and other teachers adopt some effective teaching methods.
