Draw the face and facial features
First we use ai's shape tool to draw triangles, rectangles and circles.
a. Draw the face shape.
By changing the color and deformation of the circle, two circles are superimposed to make three face shapes, and the rectangle is rounded to make the remaining face shape.
TIPS: You can also directly use the rounded rectangle tool to draw the last face~
b. Draw eyebrows.
Eyebrows are generally long strips like caterpillars, so we choose to use a rectangle with rounded corners, or use the rectangle tool to draw directly.
At the same time, in order to make a special eyebrow, I made a fourth eyebrow with a triangle fillet.
c. Draw the eyes.
It is said that the eyes are the windows of the soul, and the eyes reflect a person's temperament to a large extent. We can use circles and rectangles (rounded rectangles) to make several shapes of eyes.
d. Draw the nose.
The nose in the front is easier and can be pieced together directly through geometry, while the drawing of the nose in the back is a little more complicated. The rectangle needs to be turned into a trapezoid, and then the corners are rounded.
f. Draw the mouth.
Similarly, the drawing of the mouth is also done with circles and squares.
TIPS: Ears and blush can be directly replaced by round shapes.
Basic avatar drawing
Because we need to draw the same style of avatar, I use the eyes as the basic feature to extend. After selecting the eyes, choose the face shape and other parts of the facial features to piece together. In order to maintain a unified style of the image, we can also properly maintain the consistency of the distance between the facial features.
Then, in the same way, he pieced together his parents, children, and siblings.
TIPS: Remember to center all the facial features and faces~
Hair drawing
Although it is easy to get bald when doing design, it is always bad for you to vent your baldness on his avatar when a friend asks you to make an avatar. Unless they are really bald. So, next we are going to draw hair for these twelve little bald heads. Again, this time we also use geometry to draw their hair.

Finally to the final step. Next we draw the neck using a rectangle. Make a collar out of rectangular triangles. In order to make the image more delicate, you can use geometric shapes to make some small decorations for girls. Then draw a hat for the bald boy to ease the embarrassment.
