At the same time, we jointly hold the Casio Knowledge Competition with the Japanese Association and the Learning Department. Assist the teacher and follow up the teacher competition. 2. Main tasks
1. Personnel arrangement
a. The minister is responsible for coordinating the overall work of the entire department under the guidance of the chairman, coordinating some relationships, reasonably arranging tasks and completing them smoothly.

2. Work plan

On the premise of holding good academic activities, hold some interesting activities and ensure the significance of the activities.
c. Collaboration between departments: When encountering major activities of the English Association and lack of manpower, help from other departments is needed, which requires harmonious relations between departments in normal times. As a member of the student union, we should live in harmony. When other parts need help, they should help in time so that the event can be held smoothly.
3. Activity arrangement
a. CET-4 and CET-6 mock exams
(1) Time: late May
(2) Location: to be determined
(3) Content: Simulate CET-4 and CET-6, provide professional test papers and professional advice, so that students can feel the atmosphere of the test in advance, experience the process of the test, and familiarize themselves with the types of test questions and learn effective learning experience.
(4) Specific process:
1. Draw up a detailed plan;
2. External cooperation, contact professional English training institutions, and cooperate with them to hold this model test activity;
3. Do a good job of publicity activities before the event, expand the influence of the event, and do a good job of registration;
4. Cooperate with the organization to produce good mock test papers, and arrange good lectures and other links;
5. Summarize in time after the game, and members of the department discuss with each other and make progress together.
5. Internal construction of the department
a. The meeting held by the minister and the student union must attend, and you must not be late or leave early. If you have something to do, you must ask for leave in advance, and you cannot ask for leave when the meeting is about to start by text message;
b. The officers of the British Association must actively participate in large-scale activities held by various schools and colleges, and must not shirk without reason. Every time each member participates in an activity, a record must be made;

3. Analysis and summary
The English Association is an important part of the Student Union. We use our own actions to explain the value of the English Association, enrich our university life, and provide a platform for students to learn English. Strengthen mutual learning exchanges and exchanges. The ministers and officers cooperate with each other.
