Returns the slope of a linear regression line fitted to the data points in known_y's and known_x's.
The slope is the ratio of the orthogonal distance to the horizontal distance between any two points on the straight line, which is the rate of change of the regression straight line.
Grammar
SLOPE(known_y's,known_x's) span>
Known_y's numeric dependent variable data point array or cell range.
< span style="">Known_x's independent variable data point collection.

Description
■The parameter can be a number, or a name, array, or reference containing a number.
■If the array or reference parameter contains text, logical values, or blank cells, these values will be ignored; however, cells containing zero values will be counted.
■If known_y's and known_x's are empty or have different numbers of data points, SLOPE returns the error value #N/A.
■where x and y are the sample averages AVERAGE(known_x's) and AVERAGE(known_y's).
