1. One-key setting
Enter text in any text box, and set it to your desired style, such as font, font size, color, line spacing, etc. Then select the text box and right-click, and click [Set as default text box]. When you complete the settings, the subsequent added text boxes will have the style you need.
This method is also applicable to the default styles of "various shapes", so you need to develop the habit of making PPT:
Do a good job on the first page of PPT
Set the default text box: set the font size, line spacing, color and other formats as the default;
Set the default shape: remove the border, set the background color, etc., and make it the default.
2. Set the theme
Under the [Design] tab, in addition to the theme color, you can also set the font. Compared with the first method, the advantage is: this style can be permanently embedded in your PPT and called at any time.
3. Modify the master
Modify the font and paragraph style of the text box in View--Master. After the setting is completed, the text box that comes with each page will follow your style. However, because the built-in text box is difficult to use, every time I make a PPT, I will enter the master and delete the default title and text box.
