3. Responsibilities of Budget Officer
1. Be familiar with the laws and regulations of the country and the management regulations related to project cost, be proficient in the theoretical knowledge of this major, be familiar with engineering drawings, master project budget quotas and relevant policies and regulations, and lay the foundation for correct budget preparation and review.
2. Responsible for reviewing construction drawings, participating in joint review of drawings and technical disclosure, and adjusting budgets based on their records.
3. Assist the leaders in the project declaration, organization of bidding, approval before construction and acceptance after completion.
4. After the completion and acceptance of the project, the final account of the completed project shall be carried out in a timely manner, and reported to the director for signature and approval.
5. Participate in the procurement of engineering materials and equipment, be responsible for engineering material analysis, review material price differences, collect and master records of technical changes and material substitutions, and make cost calculations at any time to provide scientific basis for leadership decision-making.
6. Comprehensively grasp the terms of the construction contract, gain an in-depth understanding of the construction situation on site, and lay a solid foundation for the review of final accounts.
7. After the final account of the project, the final account of the factory should be sent to the audit department for auditing.
8. Complete the economic analysis of the project cost, and complete the archiving of the project final account data in time.
9. Assist in the preparation of capital construction plans and adjustment plans, and understand the implementation of capital construction plans.
