Pentagram (Pentagram Design) is one of the most prestigious design companies in the world. It was established in the UK in 1972. It is composed of five independent designers, and the name of the studio comes from it.
01. Equality is the basic principle of cooperative relationship
The partner system is the most unusual part of Pentagram. From the initial five partners, it has grown to 24 partners in five cities. Although they come from different regions, the characteristics of independent cooperation and small companies remain the same.
They have no executive officer, treasurer or board of directors, just 24 partner designers in five cities, each managing a team of designers, sharing overhead and human resources, and sharing revenue equally.
