Next, we continue to add the "Gradient Overlay" layer style, adding a gradient from transparent to white, the parameters are as follows:

Next, we continue to add the "glossy" layer style, and set the parameters as shown below:

We rasterize the layer style, then add a "Gradient Map" adjustment layer, set a suitable gradient, and create a clipping mask with the text layer.
