I believe that many friends will use PPT in their daily work. Background music is an important part of PPT, so how can you add background music to it? Here I will share with you how to set background music to play throughout the entire process.
1. Open "Insert"->"Sound"->"Sound from File" and insert the prepared sound file (MP3 or WAV, etc., assuming that "Today you are going to marry me.mp3" is inserted now) ;
(keynote: 1. Open "Document"->"Audio"->"Sound in Sound Track" and insert the prepared sound file)
2. At this time, the system will pop up a dialog box asking "How do you want to start playing the sound when the slide is playing?" Click "Auto" to play the sound when the slide is displayed. At this time, a "speaker" icon will appear on the slide;
3. Click to select the "Speaker" icon and select "Animation"->"Custom Animation";
4. Click the drop-down arrow on the right side of "Today you will marry me.mp3" in the "Custom Animation" dialog box on the right side of the window, select "Start from previous item", and then click "Effect Options";
5. In the "Effect Options" setting page, the default option of "Stop Playing" is [When clicked]. According to your needs, if you want the background music to exist in "X" slides, just click the "Stop Playing" option. Select "After X slides", where X represents the number of slides you want the background music to persist.
If you want to add full background music, just insert the music file on the first slide and change the "X" after the "Stop Playing" option to the total number of slides.
PS: More exciting content will continue to be updated. If you think it is good, remember to recommend it to your friends!
