The presentation tool is a convenient and fast assistant in PPT, allowing us to complete PPT settings in a time-saving and effort-saving manner.
￭ Click the Design-Presentation Tools drop-down symbol, there are four tools.
￭ Replace fonts, you can quickly replace a certain font used in all slides with other fonts.
For example, replace Microsoft Yahei with Fang Song, click Replace, and you can see that all slides containing Microsoft Yahei font have changed.
￭ Set fonts in batches, which is a more detailed replacement font setting.
You can select the font replacement range, replacement target, set style, font size, bold, underline, italics, and font color.
￭ Customize the master font, and you can choose to set the text format of a certain text box in the master.
Select the master text box to be replaced and set the text format below.
For example, replace Song Dynasty with - Chinese Caiyun and click Apply.
￭ Insert pictures in pages. You can insert multiple pictures into PPT at one time, and each picture is automatically added in pages.
If there are not enough slide pages, a new slide will be automatically created and pictures will be inserted.
Click on the page to insert a picture, select the saved picture, and click to open.
