The PowerPoint software comes with a lot of switching methods, and office365 has 47 of them. So, how to use so many switching methods?
In fact, most of the switching methods are basically useless and can be said to be a bit useless.
However, there are several switching methods that are really easy to use. Next, let’s talk about these useful switching animations.
Smooth switching
When it comes to the most useful switching method, many people will mention smooth switching, which can achieve a smooth transition between two pages of PPT.
If two pages of PPT have the same elements, then use smooth switching to show the changing process of the elements.
Like the picture below.
When setting up, we only need to change the size and position of the element, and then set the switching mode to smooth on the second page to get the above effect.
With this switching method, what other creative ways are there? I have made a PPT like this before, you can see the effect.
The sharing economy is to take out other people’s idle things and share them with others to make effective use of resources. So, here I used some "waste" text strokes and reorganized them into four sharing economy Character.
It is not difficult to create this effect. We first use Boolean operations to separate the text, break up the strokes, and place them randomly.
ThenCopy a slide, and on this slide, combine the strokes to form words. Finally, set the switching mode to Smooth.
Push switch
Push switching, this seemingly inconspicuous switching effect is actually very easy to use.
The first time I saw this effect, it was a PPT page like this, but I forgot the specific content, so I made a new page.
This effect is very suitable for use when talking about the iceberg theory.
The production is also very simple. We crop one picture into two and place them up and down along the outline of the slide.
Then set the switching mode of the second slide to push. In the effect options, we set it to from bottom.
