Page settings and printing
1. Page setup (Set paper size: Normally use A4 paper)
Click Design tab/Page Settings/Set slide area size, starting number, direction/OK
2. Document printing (shortcut key: Ctrl + P)
File/Print/Select printer, print range, number of print copies, etc.
1. Print range: All, current slide, custom show, slide (for example, how to print pages 3, 5, and 13 to 21)
2. Printing options: (Be sure to select the printer)
(1).Print content: all, current (slide where the cursor is located), slide (, comma means separated, - horizontal line means continuous pages )
(2). Color/Grayscale: Generally the default is enough
(3).Print comments and ink marks: Print the content of the comment page
(4).Resize according to paper: Automatically adjust the slide size according to the paper size
(5). Slide frame: Print a frame around each slide
(6).Print hidden slides: Print the slides set as hidden as well.
3. Properties (click the properties button): Set page size, direction, etc.
3. PPT file packaging (that is, packaging all PPT files in a folder + player)
File/Publish/Set the packaged file name/Click "Add File" to package multiple files/Click "Options" to select "POWERPOINT Player", "Linked Files" /OK/Click "Copy to CD" to package to CD. Generally select "Copy to file"/Set file name and location/OK
*When saving, select "Slide Show (*.PPS)" in the save type, double-click to open or play directly
4. Forward the presentation to a web page
File/Save as web page/Choose a name, location/Click "Change Title" to set the web page title/Click "Publish" to set it/Click "Publish"
5. Hyperlinks (all files can be hyperlinked, such as pictures, buttons, text, programs, etc.)
1. Function of hyperlink: Automatically jump text, graphics, animation, etc. to a certain location or open a certain program.
2. Create hyperlink: Select object/Insert/Hyperlink/Set link object
3. Right-click the hyperlink / to edit, open, copy, and delete the hyperlink.
