Operation steps
1. Open the PPT file and click the "File" tab in the upper left corner.
2. Click the "Save As" option on the left side of the popped up interface, then click the "Browse" button on the right side, and select a storage location in the popped up "Save As" dialog box.
3. Click the "Tools" button at the bottom of the "Save As" dialog box, and select the "Compress Picture" option in the drop-down list.
4. In the pop-up "Compress Image" dialog box, under "Compression Options", check "Remove cropping area of image", and under "Target Output", select "Email ( 96ppi): Make the document as small as possible for sharing", and finally click the "OK" button.
5. Return to the "Save As" dialog box, just click the "Save" button.
