The file is too large and I want to reduce the space occupied. What should I do?
The following are sample steps for PDF file compression:
▪ First, open the PDF file and click the "Start" tab on the toolbar , and then select the Compress button.
▪ If you need to compress multiple files, you can click the "Add File" button to add More files to the zip list.
▪ In the "Batch Compression" option, you can choose the quality of compression, for example Select "HD Effect".
▪ Next, select the directory where the compressed file should be saved in the "Output Directory" Location.
▪ Finally, click the "Start Compression" button and the system will start compressing the file.
