We often see watermarks with the words "Confidential" or "Top Secret" in documents such as contracts or agreements.
So, how to add a watermark when printing PDF files?
▪ Take this PDF document as an example, click the print button in the upper left corner, and the shortcut key is Ctrl+P.
In the pop-up printing window, find the "Member Printing Privileges" section and select "Add Watermark".
▪ In the watermark setting panel, you can enter the content of the text watermark and adjust the font and font size.
In the "Appearance" option, you can set the scale, angle and opacity of the watermark.
In the "Position" option, you can determine the style, alignment and application of the watermark.
▪ You can also add an image watermark.
Select the "File" option, click "Browse" to select the image, and then confirm to insert the watermark into the PDF file.
