In the light of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Certified Public Accountants and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Assets Appraisal, Hunan Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hunan Assets Appraisal Association decided to

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the restoration and reconstruction of China's CPA system and the reform and development of the industry. Promoting the scientific development of the industry" is an important instruction spirit, fully demonstrating that the industry has made important contributions to the implementation of the strategy of leading innovation and opening up in our province. The Hunan Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hunan Provincial Assets Appraisal Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial CPA Appraisal Association") are now conducting selection activities for outstanding service achievements (cases) in the industry for practicing institutions in the province. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Selection objects

The service achievement cases participating in the evaluation mainly refer to the relevant achievement cases in various fields such as industry service government decision-making at all levels, enterprise development, and social livelihood. Cases of various service results such as management consulting, asset appraisal, and appraisal consulting.

2. Selection scope

The service achievement cases participating in the evaluation should be the service cases completed by various practicing institutions in our province from January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2020. There are indeed outstanding cases declared outside the specified time, which can be appropriately relaxed Requirements, the specific relaxation time will be determined by the secretariat of the Provincial Annotation Association and Evaluation Association.

3. Standards for Writing Service Results Cases

(1) For the text format and structure of the case writing, please refer to the attachment;

(2) The author's detailed information (including name, full name of unit, and contact number) should be indicated under the title;

(3) At the end of the paper, fill in the recommendation opinion of the institution, and affix the official seal of the institution.

Fourth, organization review and commendation

The Provincial Annotation Association will organize a team of experts to review the participating service achievement cases according to the unified scoring standards, and select a number of first, second, third prizes and excellence awards, and issue awards to the commended participating units Award certificates and certain material rewards. The Provincial Registration Association will compile the excellent service achievement cases into a book and submit them to the provincial party committee, the provincial government and relevant departments and bureaus to show the industry's high-end, high-intelligence, and high-energy image to the whole society, and further enhance the industry's influence.

V. Relevant requirements

One is to improve ideological understanding. All institutions should attach great importance to the compilation and selection of cases, take this activity as a key task in the current period, and pay attention to internal mobilization and activity organization. By further excavating and writing excellent cases, both Gather wisdom for the development of our province's industry, and also do a good job in brand promotion for the organization itself. All city and state note associations (appraisal associations) should actively mobilize their affiliated institutions to sort out and provide excellent cases, and each city and state must submit at least one case of excellent service results. Accounting firms in the province with a business income of more than 10 million yuan in 2019 and asset appraisal agencies with a business income of more than 5 million yuan in 2019 must submit at least one case of service results, and there is no limit to more reports. The provision of excellent service achievement cases will serve as an important reference for the province's comprehensive industry evaluation classification management score.

The second is to abide by relevant regulations. To ensure that the participating cases have not been published publicly, the selected cases must be true and must not be falsified. If fraudulent behavior is found, once found, the eligibility for selection or award will be disqualified immediately, and corresponding penalties will be imposed according to the circumstances. Pay attention to declassification work, and do not disclose relevant commercial secrets.

The third is to clarify the rights and responsibilities of use. I will have the right to use the results of the participating cases, including but not limited to editing, printing, publishing in the form of special issues, and publicizing through TV, newspapers, magazines and Internet reports.

The fourth is to grasp the time node. The cases selected and submitted by each practice institution must meet the above-mentioned time requirements, and the electronic files and paper versions of the cases should be submitted to the Business Supervision Department of the Provincial Annotation Association before September 30.

1. Page format

(1) Page Setup

l. Paper size: A4 paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm);

2. Requirements for version center: top margin 3.7 cm, bottom margin 3.5 cm, left margin 2.8 cm, right margin 2.6 cm;

2. Writing structure

(1) Title

Provide the basic information of the case and reflect the theme of the case. The title of the business report can be directly used, or it can be simplified appropriately.

(2) Abstract and keywords

Concisely describe the content of the case, point out the key issues of the case and other information, try to be as concise as possible, without evaluation and analysis, within 300 words; 3-5 keywords.

(3) Case background

According to the characteristics of the case, a necessary introduction will be made on background factors such as the entrusting unit, entrusted matters, and main considerations for undertaking the entrustment.

(4) Case statement

Mainly introduce the whole process of business activities, and write truthfully on the links of method selection, risk response, evidence acquisition, difficulties encountered, challenges faced, report results, etc., to ensure that the whole case logic is clear and Complete and coherent.

(5) Evaluation and analysis of results

1. Explain the main features and summarize the core experience results;

2. The use and evaluation of the report by the client;

3. Explain the positive effects on government decision-making, enterprise development and social livelihood.

(6) Feature display
