Open [PS], create a new canvas of any size, open the material map, and define the pattern. Give the background layer a black to dark gray gradient, then duplicate the background layer. Add [Pattern Overlay] style, as shown in the figure

Create a new layer, use the shape tool to draw a five-pointed star, press the Enter key to convert it into a selection, add a layer style, the parameters are as follows
Drag the background image into it, change the mode to [Brighter], add [Hue/Saturation] to complete the final rendering.
