Open PPT and create a blank presentation.

Click Design-Theme to list the templates that come with the software.

Look at the second-to-last template called Reference.

The page layout design is very minimal.

Set the background to white (the default is black) to make it look more simple.

Look again at this template called Celestial.

The other three colors built into the variant look sheer.
