In September XX, after more than 300 candidates were selected, I was finally hired by the reporter department of the college student reporter group of the News Center of the Party Committee Propaganda Department. After two months of trial, I was finally confirmed as a full member. Feelings: When I was young, I had a lot of fantasies about the uncrowned king-journalist.
In Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology, my dream came true and I became a campus student reporter. As a student reporter, I feel proud and proud. Although it has not been combined with the professional theoretical knowledge I have learned, I have not given up my hobby of pursuing news because of this. Therefore, I applied for the journalism major of Jiangxi Normal University. I used my spare time to learn the theoretical knowledge of news writing. The newspaper office became the acceptance point for me to learn book knowledge. Time at the disposal, but it is very valuable and meaningful to me.
Understanding: During the nearly three years of internship in the newspaper office, I have not only been trained in ability, but also learned a lot in thought, and I feel that I have gained a lot.
1. The improvement of political ideology. Doing news and propaganda work is a profession that requires extremely high political and ideological qualities. Therefore, we must have good study habits and a firm political stand, and understand the line, principles, and policies of the party, the state, the school, and the recent stage.
Second, the improvement of work ability. It gave me a new understanding of how to combine theory with practice.
1. Through the "Runhua Award", "China Cup", "Sports Meeting", "Red Clothes Square", internal reference, and front-line interviews on campus life, I have exercised my ability to organize, plan, and coordinate.
2. Contacting and dealing with different people, from school principals and directors down to ordinary reporters, editors, teachers, students, all kinds of people have their own characteristics, which cultivated my unique observation of different things and exercised my independent thinking ability, which laid a useful foundation for future study.
3. Writing manuscripts not only exercised my writing ability, but also taught me how to improve work efficiency and how to accurately grasp news points; greatly improved my writing level, and also learned how to work better. How to improve work efficiency.
4. Through the words and deeds of the teachers of the newspaper office, I understand that to do a job, you must first love this job, and only if you love it can you do this job well.
5. Through three years of study in the newspaper office, I have a deeper understanding of journalists. To be a reporter, you must work hard, speak hard, and write hard. During the "Runhua Awards", "China Cup", "Games", "Red Clothes Square" and other large-scale events, we often stay busy until late at night to publish manuscripts.
Three, the improvement of ideological understanding. Not only learned business knowledge from teachers Zhu in the newspaper office, but more importantly, I learned the dedication of Mr. Zhu who is hard-working and not afraid of difficulties, and the professionalism of student reporters and editors.
In the future study journey, I will constantly expand my knowledge, think more, read more, learn more, systematize my knowledge, and constantly update and supplement the knowledge I have learned. When I found out that I fell in love with the profession of journalist, the bell of parting also sounded. Fortunately, there are always some memories lingering. I believe in my abilities and am proud of my steps.
