2. Internship tasks
Main content: Master the production process of the whole process of leather goods within three months, specifically from the materials needed for leather goods production, including leather materials and hardware. 3. Practice steps and content:
In the three months of my internship at Apple, I have learned a lot that I couldn't learn in school. 2. Analyze production capacity
After the production notice is issued, it is necessary to analyze the production capacity of the enterprise. Can it be delivered on time and according to the quality. If not, what measures should be taken? Should we outsource?
3. Make production plan:

There is a change in delivery date. (or earlier, or later). When receiving a request from a customer to change, the first thing to look at is what to change? Is it acceptable? If our goods are almost finished and finished, it is impossible to change. If you haven't arranged it yet, it's not a big problem. If a part has been arranged, it needs to be negotiated. For example, if the quantity needs to be reduced, we have already purchased materials according to the original quantity, so there is no big problem with general use. But if it is dedicated, the customer has to bear part of the cost. Delivery date: If it needs to be advanced, we have to talk about it according to the actual situation. If there is a delay, it is not a big problem if the time is short, but if the delay is long, the storage fee and loss fee will be borne.
4. Internship experience and experience
Most of the newly graduated students start from the bottom, so the fact that they have to go to the factory for an internship does not surprise me. The three-month internship as a merchandiser is somewhat different from the work I imagined. During the internship, there are both joys of harvest and some regrets.
