In the past 40 days, except for some old customers who cannot be rejected, I have been doing one thing repeatedly every day, which is writing, and this writing is more than 6,800 words, which probably grows into the following This way.
And when you read this article, this set of fonts has probably been engraved into a CD and lying quietly in the archives of the National Copyright Administration.
When naming this set of fonts, Lixiong, Huang Xianhao, Youka, Ma Zhiqiang, Shao Yunjiao, Feng Zhulong, Corn Buhuang, Xu Chaofeng and others were the first to see this set of fonts, and most of them also They all suggested that I add my own name, but if I named it by myself, it would deviate slightly from the original intention of creating this set of fonts, so I still use it at the beginning when I wrote this set of fonts on the first day. Under the name - Demo Beginner's Book.
From the point of view of slides, this is a very simple office tool, but at the same time, as your skills and vision continue to rise, it will gradually make people feel such a simple software It's so bottomless. Therefore, if you want to do a good job in slideshows, in addition to the necessary exercises and the improvement of your vision, learning how to solve problems is far more important than mastering the techniques of operation.
But you have to know that people are always greedy, the more you eat, the bigger your appetite, and I am no exception. People often say that you should maintain a normal mind in life and work, but I don't agree with it, and I even want to ask you: Is it really good that you and I live in such a Buddhist way at a young age? So, for slides, I hope to do something more valuable for it, that is: create a set of practical fonts for slides. Obviously, this worthless idea has been realized.
In fact, more and more people choose to use handwritten fonts as title words in slides, but they are largely limited by the following three problems:
There are too few types of handwritten fonts;
The stroke connections of some handwritten fonts are too random. Low legibility for slide presentations;
Fonts are too expensive. A set of excellent fonts can cost several thousand, or tens of thousands, which is simply unaffordable for ordinary small businesses and individuals.
Since January 15, 2019, I have officially entered font creation, and today I finally came up with something that looks like something.
For a person with extremely limited time, I did not choose the traditional paper + pen and ink writing method, the 1.0 version of this set of fonts. A total of 6763 simplified Chinese (GB_2312 encoding) Chinese characters, plus some English numerals and symbols commonly used in slides, a total of 6879 characters, all written using Wacom tablet + Sketchbook. While retaining the standard and high degree of recognition in regular script, the detailed strokes of the text are also treated with a small area of whitening and scribbling, making the text itself look more vivid.
At the beginning of the creation, because of some previous slideshow and self-media video experience, I hope to define it as a single-character font library, and its core purpose is to use it as a title word in the slideshow. For example, if you want to write For the next paragraph of heartfelt words, or a paragraph of slogan Slogan, I think this set of fonts will be very suitable for you.
