First, open the default reference line of PPT (Figure 1 below). Then draw an arc graph and place it at the center of the reference line. (Picture 2 below)
Adjust the radian angle to the effect shown in the figure below (180 degrees is exactly half), and then click the "Format Shape" button (3 in the figure below), and in the side menu, select the "Graphic Size and Position" setting button on the right ( Figure 4 below)
Enter the rotation angle in the "rotation" parameter, for example, enter 20 degrees. Note that this rotation precision does not support decimal point angles. For example, 20.5 degrees is not supported. After entering 20 degrees, notice the rotation change of the arc on the left.
Next, simply adjust the upper end of the arc to restore the vertical guides to intersect. It can be known that the angle of the radian is 180+20=200 degrees.
