PPT slide tool "Options" settings

Select the check box "List the number of last used files", and enter the number of files to be kept in the value spinner box on the right. This number is what makes the File menu list several used presentations. The system stipulates that only a maximum of 9 recently used presentations can be listed in the file menu.

You can set more undo times. Let's change it to 50 and you'll be able to undo 50 times. The more times of undo, the more resources of the machine will be occupied, the speed of the machine will be reduced, or the use of the software will be affected, so the number of operations that can be undone cannot exceed 150 times.
PowerPoint will also automatically save the modifications made to the presentation for the user to reduce the loss caused by unexpected power outages. The default value given by the system is automatically saved every 10 minutes. If you want to set it smaller, just click In the Save tab,
Change the time. We changed it to 5 minutes. But if the time is too short, the computer saves frequently, which will reduce the speed of the system; if the time is set too long, it will lose the meaning of data protection, so 5 to 15 minutes is an ideal time difference.
If your presentations are all in a specific directory, modify the "Default File Location". There are many options that can be set in the dialog box, such as printing, spell checking, etc.
