Step 1: Choose a theme
In the "Design" interface of PPT, click the "inverted triangle" icon at the bottom right of the subject bar. Then in the pop-up page, select a theme and click "Save Current Theme".
Step 2: Set the theme color
In the "Design" interface, click the "upside-down triangle" icon in the lower right corner of the deformation bar. Then click "Color" in the menu bar, and then select the theme color in the pop-up color bar. You can also click "Custom Colors" to choose a theme color.
Step Three: Set Theme Fonts
Then click the inverted triangle icon in the lower right corner of the "Transformation" column, and then click "Font" to reset the PPT theme font.
Step 4: Set the theme background
In the "Design" interface, click "Set background format", and then select the filling method of the background of the theme in the pop-up background format page. Here we can choose the filling method as solid color, gradient, texture, picture and pattern.
Step 5: Set up demo mode
In the "View" interface, click the color, grayscale, black and white mode in the "Color/Grayscale" column to set the theme mode of the PPT theme during the presentation.
