For example, we choose a PPT page that is being edited.
We click the comment button below the PPT file page.
Click the comment button to enter the comment editing page.
On the edit page of the annotation, we select the new button.
Click the New button and a new annotation appears.
In our new comment, enter the content of the comment.
We return to the PPT page, and a comment icon appears in the upper left corner of the PPT page.
