Click Insert - Shape - Select: Swallowtail Arrow - Draw a Swallowtail Arrow in the editing area.
Select the chevron-shaped arrow—click Format—click the Rotate drop-down arrow—choose: Rotate Left 90°.
Hold down the ctrl key to copy the five chevron-shaped arrows and arrange them neatly upwards—select each shape separately, click Format—Shape Fill, and set a different color for each arrow.
Select all the shapes—click Start—Text Direction—choose: Vertical—set the size to 14—then enter the text for Grades 1 to 6.
Click Insert-Shape-Select Cloud Callout-Insert cloud-shaped callouts at the left and right intervals and set the same color as the line color of the chevron-shaped arrow-enter the text about growth.
Select the chevron-shaped arrow of the first grade—click Animation—select Erase—then double-click the animation brush—and brush each shape in order to fill the animation format.
