To make PPT dynamic background , you can follow these steps:
1. Create a new blank slide in PowerPoint and select the Design tab.
2. In the Design tab, select the Background Style drop-down menu and select the Format Background option.

13. In the "Shape Animation" option, select an animation effect you want to use.
14. After clicking OK, the shape will start to animate.
15. You can further tweak the animation by adjusting its duration, delay time, and other properties in the Animation tab.
