To make PPT dynamic background , you can follow these steps:
1. Create a new blank slide in PowerPoint and select the Design tab.
2. In the Design tab, select the Background Style drop-down menu and select the Format Background option.
3. In the "Format Background" dialog box, select the "Image or Texture Fill" option, and choose a picture you want to use as a dynamic background picture. Make sure this image is large enough to fill the entire slide.
4. After clicking "OK", you will see that this image has been applied as the background of the slideshow.

6. Then, right-click on the shape and select the Format Shape option.
7. In the "Format Shape" dialog box, select the "Fill" option and choose a color you want to appear in this shape.
8. In the Format Shape dialog box, select the Line Color option, and select the No Lines option.
9. After confirmation, the shape will be added to the slide.
10. With the shape selected, click the Animation tab.
11. In the Animation tab, select the Custom Animation option.
12. In the Custom Animation dialog, select the Add Effect button and select the Shape Animation option.
13. In the "Shape Animation" option, select an animation effect you want to use.
14. After clicking OK, the shape will start to animate.
15. You can further tweak the animation by adjusting its duration, delay time, and other properties in the Animation tab.
Through these steps, you can create a PPT slide with a dynamic background. Note that you can create multiple dynamic elements with different shapes and animation effects to make your slideshow more attractive and interactive.
