On the first day, my team members and I arrived at the xx provincial experimental school xx primary school on time. After everything was settled, we started to study hard, and started taking quick notes, wishing to write down every word the teacher said. But in the process of writing, my body and mind are tortured, and my ears are suffering. In the teaching process, elementary school students are like crows breaking eggs. I only had one expression at the time, and fired at me. Fortunately, the teacher taught well and the method was fresh. The class I was intern was Grade 4 (6), and my favorite class was that of the Chinese teacher—Teacher Kong. She taught the tedious knowledge vividly and deeply. In her class, I feel that it is a kind of enjoyment. She connects difficult things with practice, which can increase students' understanding and digest them quickly. She gave me an illusion that she was as skillful as operating a machine in class. In the classroom of elementary school, discipline is difficult to grasp, but this teacher makes her students have no time to think about other things at all, and the students' thinking follows the teacher's rapid rotation. And her new curriculum was dissatisfied with the classroom. I was in awe of such a teacher at the time, and I really admired her. She said she was over forty, but we thought she was only twenty-six. This is superficial, but I think she makes me feel young because of her teaching methods and ideas. I used to think that those old teachers were old-fashioned and still used traditional teaching methods and ideas, but I was wrong. Her approach is as youthful as her appearance. Such a veteran teacher is still so passionate, I really don't know if I will be like her when I get to her age?!
The teacher is gentle, beautiful and generous, and her teaching method has many bright spots, because I dare not use her method, because it will mislead the students if I don't understand it clearly. A word of praise from the teacher to the students became a catalyst in the class, teaching the students that raising their hands is a magic weapon to make them win, and it also showed us that this is the stunt that teachers are used to active classrooms. Even mathematics does not only follow the monotonous logic route, but ingenious and practical conclusions, expand children's brain thinking, stimulate students' interest in seeking knowledge, and even the most difficult problems will be solved easily.
The first day's internship ended amidst the noise of chirping. When the students were out of school, I was so noisy that I couldn't figure out what was going on. I didn't do anything in the elementary school, but I didn't know why I felt so tired. I lay on the bed I didn't want to move, I just felt dizzy.
The next day, we became familiar with the road, but there was no fresh feeling. After mastering the schedule of primary school, I didn't go to school until the last minute.
The next few days will be listening and absorbing experience. I think there are a few students who don't speak much and are very dull, but they are very active after class. In short, it is like this, I don’t speak in class, and I am mischievous in discussions. I began to pay close attention to every move of these students, but what signals did their various behaviors reflect? —— Not confident. And what is the reason for this lack of self-confidence? This kind of lack of self-confidence will lead to the tendency of students' personality development. Looking at these children, my heart is sore for a while, because in terms of psychological theory, a certain psychology in childhood will affect the students. Children's growth and learning, life, communication, etc., children have to bear a certain degree of psychological pressure so early, how can it not be bitter?
During the teaching, the teachers fully reflected the selection of modern teaching technology with the best teaching effect. This reminds us normal students not only to have solid basic skills in the professional courses they have learned, but also to enrich more modern technologies. Knowing how to use is not enough Therefore, modern teaching technology must also achieve the purpose of developing students' thinking and stimulating students' interest. This requires practical operation, and teachers and students seek progress together. This is the vision of education.
