My name is Che Shiqin, and the theme I will share with you today is - "Do it with your heart to create something from scratch".

First of all, let me briefly introduce myself. I am an outstanding graduate of the 13th session of the School of Design and Art, Zhuhai College, Beijing Institute of Technology. Let’s talk about "setting goals"
When I was in college, I would set a goal for myself before starting a new course , What do I want to learn and achieve the grades I require, and then I study in a planned way.
It’s the same at work. Before starting a new project, I will set a goal for myself, what level I want to achieve, what kind of effect I want to achieve, what kind of breakthrough I want to make in the new project, and what I have learned new knowledge.
Let’s talk about "finding reasons for yourself"
When I was in college, I had high requirements for my professional courses. I set a goal of 90 points or more for each course. Find out what knowledge you lack, where you are different from others, and at the same time learn from others' excellence, and then work hard to achieve it.
The same is true at work. After setting a goal and doing it, will I be able to meet the requirements of the goal by the end of a project? If you can't, then you have to reflect on yourself, find out the reasons, correct your mistakes, and learn from every experience so that you can do better next time.
Let's talk about "learning from the excellence of others"
In college, at the end of each course, there is a self-presentation and self-summarization end-of-course assessment. I think it is very good, that is the end of a course The essence of this is where everyone shares their hard-earned learning results. If you find your own shortcomings after looking for reasons, then this is an opportunity to learn from others' excellence, learn from others with an open mind, and then summarize yourself and make up your mind If you reach the goal in the next course, then you will definitely make great progress.
Let's talk about "time allocation"
I think time allocation is very important. If time allocation is good, you will often get more gains.
When you are in college, time allocation is easy and free, because there is no pressure from the relationship between employers and employees to urge production. Often at this time, your time allocation is an important factor that separates the distance. Your excellence and the time you spend Proportional.
When I was working, I got up early in the morning to exercise, and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner by myself. I left early and returned late every day. I have encountered great difficulties in time allocation. In the face of this difficulty, I must find and cherish the time available for allocation.
After analysis, I concluded that the time I can make myself better is when I get up early, wait for the bus, take a break between work, and have more time after dinner.
If I receive a private job or participate in a competition, I will wait for the bus and on the road to think about ideas, create ideas, find relevant information during work breaks, and start drawing after dinner. I have persisted for two years , so my efforts have been rewarded accordingly. It was difficult at the beginning, but it gradually became easier.
Let's talk about "improving comprehensive ability"
Everyone has their own strengths, but if we only focus on the strengths and ignore some necessary auxiliary skills, then our development will be unbalanced. If we want to be independent, we must It is necessary to develop in an all-round way and improve one's comprehensive ability.

Let’s share with you the "job transition"
After graduation, we all have to face the transition from the learning environment to the working environment, from family, school, teacher arrangements to self-arrangements, life and work are all arranged by ourselves, Solve it by yourself, although it is cumbersome, but don’t be afraid, don’t be impatient, give yourself a period of time to adapt, and you will find that you have been growing in the process of self-management and self-arrangement.
In a new environment, the way of learning will be different. Before working, I will first understand the company, understand the company's work items and working methods, and then use what I have learned to learn to deal with the work. I remember that the first project I worked on was "Macao-aided Sichuan Achievement Photo Exhibition on 5.12". I was only in charge of the picture arrangement. The simple project allowed me to adapt to the working atmosphere. I could touch everything from design to printing. The factory and the master discuss the addition and subtraction of the color. This is a learning process. Learn step by step and accumulate gradually until you can complete a large project independently. This is a growth process. During the growth process, you need to keep learning and reflect on your own mistakes , Only in this way can we make continuous progress. The speed and slowness of this process depend on our own efforts, how much we pay and how much we get.
