Returns the sum of squared deviations of a data point from its respective sample mean.
Syntax DEVSQ(number1, number2, ...)
Number1, number2, ... A set of parameters used to calculate the sum of squared deviations. The number of parameters can be from 1 to 30. You can also use a single array or a reference to an array instead of comma-separated parameters.
Description
The ￭ parameter can be a number or a name, array, or reference containing a number.
￭ Logical values and text representing numbers typed directly into the parameter list are counted.
￭If the parameter is an incorrect value or is text that cannot be converted to a number, an error will occur.
