1. Cultivate students' good habits
These students are all from towns and villages, with poor self-control and lax discipline. I started with cultivating students' good habits, and taught fun in class, trying to attract students' attention and organize the discipline of students. Use class meetings and thinking classes to learn the school rules and regulations, remind students to prepare for class, and observe the behavior of students after class, and set an example among students according to their performance. In daily study, always pay attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, and gradually develop a good habit of listening carefully, doing homework seriously, taking a good rest after class, being civilized, and being polite.
2. Caring for every student
As a teacher, I love the top students in the class, and I love the underachievers in the class more. In learning, do not let a student fall behind. Be like my Ban Zhang's classmate, attend class every time bemused, cannot finish exercise, write not orderly, study has difficulty. I did not give up on him, but taught him how to write, grasped his progress, kept encouraging him, and praised him as a smart child in front of the students. Gradually, not only can he complete his homework, but his grades have also improved a lot. In life, I care about every student in every possible way, reminding students to pay attention to hygiene, take care of the environment, and often go to the dormitory to check on the cold and warm.
3. Cultivate a good class collective
The class collective is the fertile soil for cultivating students' individuality. With this fertile soil, the students' individuality can be improved.
It can bloom in a hundred flowers. Group activities can best cultivate students' cohesion and sense of collective honor. I lead students to actively participate in various activities of the school, such as sunshine sports, group dances, and "June 1st" celebrations. Every morning, I always go to the classroom at about the same time as the students to help the students do a good job in the classroom and the cleaning area. In this way, the students not only develop a good habit of loving labor, but also always want to win glory for their class. Carry out some teaching-related activities, such as: writing, reading competitions, etc., use blackboard newspapers to carry out painting competitions, show students' talents in all aspects, and develop their individuality. Gradually form a healthy, progressive, united and cooperative class.
4. Strengthen contact with parents
Usually, I can care about every student in the class. For some students who are not very good, they have devoted more love and painstaking efforts. I often confabulate with them, grasp their shining points to encourage them. When they are in trouble, I always help them patiently. Once I find out that they have special circumstances in their study, body, and mind, I always contact the parents in a timely and proactive manner to understand the situation, patiently do their work, and obtain parental understanding and cooperation. Every child can learn from each other's strengths and avoid weaknesses, and grow up healthily. Through a series of work, the school and the family have cooperated closely to better educate the students.
5. Persistence is the most important thing to do
I am always aggressive in doing things, and I want to achieve results quickly in everything. I want to tell my children what they want, and they can implement it immediately, but I have no tolerance for my children. I never thought that I would not be able to follow through on the requirements I just finished it, let alone a sixth-grade student, so I slacked off and didn't stick to it. This is a problem I have to overcome.
I want to make it clear that I am dealing with living beings. They all have their own thoughts and habits. If you want to change their existing bad behaviors at once, you must internalize them into your own through their own continuous ideological struggle. Thinking, and then changing one's behavior, it takes a relatively long time, so we must be tolerant, and we must have the persistence to change them.
In short, as long as we sincerely pay for the children and their healthy growth in our hearts, and correct our work attitude, everything starts from improving the children's life state. I believe that my work as a class teacher can be achieved through continuous training. promote. Class management work is intricate and diverse, and working methods vary widely.
