①. Download your font package:
In the font file downloaded from this official account, Chinese and English are separated into different folders. Chinese is common to iOS9-iOS13, but English is not common, so they are separated. There are 4 folders in the English font package. iOS9-iOS13:

Open the iTools program, and open the file management, locate to /System/Library/Fonts:

③. Drag and cover the font:
The font package decompressed in the first step above, according to the same directory name, directly drag and copy it to the file system in the second step:
