Open AE and create a new project. Layer -> New -> Solid Color (Solid Layer)

Click the effect control, then right mouse button, find outdated->basic text in the menu, type the word you want to present in the text box. Then click OK.

Add a linear erasing effect, set the parameters at 0s, remember to hit the key frame when the transition is completed:

The next point is to make sweeping light. We add shine special effects to the solid layer [Sweep Light], and directly drag the effect onto it, I think everyone will know it. Set parameters and keyframes at 0:00:01):

Now preview it, the basic effect has come out. If you want the words to be three-dimensional, you can add the effect of beveled alpha. Then save it, friends who can use PR can drag the file to PR and add dubbing to export, the effect will be better.
